We offer safe, effective hands-on treatment which gets straight to the cause of the pain.
The Clinic has two chiropractors who have the expertise to diagnose and manage a whole range of musculoskeletal disorders and to complement this we also have an in-house massage therapist and a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. Established in 1983 the clinic offers sensible, affordable treatment using justifiable techniques such as gentle manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue work, acupuncture, massage and therapeutic ultrasound. We strongly recommend targeted home exercise programs and advice on modifying activities of daily living.
We treat all age groups and part of our work involves helping athletes with sports injuries who may require rehabilitation.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & EMDR
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) are evidence‑based psychotherapies: CBT is a first‑line, broadly effective treatment for depression and anxiety, and EMDR is a guideline‑recommended, trauma‑focused treatment for PTSD.
CHIROPRACTIC
Chiropractic is a profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic care is used most often to conservatively treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, headache, pain in the joints of the: arms, legs, and jaw.
MASSAGE
Remedial massage focuses on helping with injury or surgical healing. Massage encourages blood and oxygen into the areas needing repair and are significant in recovery time. Massage will assist with managing scar tissue accumulation and encouraging muscle tissue to regain elasticity and suppleness.
